Year One
Rent-it - I didn't think this had a shot at beating The Hangover for the best comedy of the year, but Harold Ramis strikes comic gold again as Black and Cera's dynamic pairing nearly take down the three men and little baby reeking havoc in Vegas.
41-Year-Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad About It
Skip-it - Skip this spoof of Judd Apatow comedies about an older virgin who attempts to "score" with some help from his horny friends.
The Fisher King
Rent-it - Robin Williams and Jeff Bridges are a perfect balance of comedy and drama in this story about redemption.

The Change-Up
Skip-it - Honestly, the only reason to see this comedy where Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman switch bodies (and typecasts) is to see Olivia Wilde's nude scene with CGI nipples.
Tower Heist
Skip-it - Ben Stiller should go the way fellow unfunny co-star Eddie Murphy and dissappear from Hollywood for awhile because this story about a working stiff's revenge on Wall Street is as funny as #OWS.

A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas
See-it - This raunchy sequel about the same two hilariously high friends plus a Neil Patrick Harris cameo will quickly find its way onto many annual must-watch holiday movie lists.
Johnny English Reborn
Skip-it - Unless you are a die-hard Mr. Bean fan (which is a whole other issue) you will think this Rowan Atkinson spy comedy is painfully unfunny.

The Big Year
Skip-it - Steve Martin, Jack Black and Owen Wilson are funny -- no surprise there -- but the story about three friendly rivals dedicating a year of their lives to birdwatching isn't.

Everything Must Go
Rent-it - Will Ferrell is surprisingly low-key in a dram-com film that shockingly offers a little perspective, as he falls off the wagon, gets fired from his job, and returns home to find his wife has left him and his clothes in the front yard.

Mr. Popper's Penguins
Skip-it - This Jim Carrey family comedy has certainly flown under the radar. And it's not because penguins can't fly. As my good friend Ryan Beltz (@RJB1983) put it: "Jim Carrey has obviously decided at this point in his career he is going to follow down the Eddie Murphy road of comedy #talktoanimals"
Love Wedding Marriage
Skip-it - Mandy Moore and Kellan Lutz (one of the Cullen vampires from Twilight) might sweep the Razzies with this "comedy" that will actually leave you awkwardly waiting for a pity laugh you feel so bad for it.
Bridesmaids
See-it - Kristen Wiig is officially the next big thing in comedy, and proves it in her leading role as a maid of honor in this R-rated, female-driven, Judd Apatow comedy.

The Frighteners
Rent-it - First Michael J. Fox unveils the new Nike Air Mags on Letterman and then his fantastic family horror comedy from director Peter Jackson is released on Blu-ray -- the perfect Halloween film for you and your 14-year old kids.
